šŸŽ„ Christmas Cautions for French Bulldogs 🐾

šŸŽ„ Christmas Cautions for French Bulldogs 🐾

From Rogue Valley French Bulldogs (RVF)

The holidays are magical—but they can also bring hidden hazards for our Frenchies. Keep your pups safe this Christmas by watching out for:

• Holiday foods – Chocolate, grapes/raisins, onions, garlic, alcohol, and xylitol are toxic to dogs.

• Decorations & tinsel – Can cause choking or dangerous intestinal blockages.

• Christmas tree water – Often contains. fertilizers or bacteria that can upset sensitive stomachs.

• Electrical cords & lights – Curious chewers risk burns or electric shock.

• Guests & noise – Extra excitement can lead to stress or door-dashing.

• Candles & fireplaces – Short noses and curious personalities increase burn risk.

šŸŽ Frenchie Tip: Provide a quiet space away from the chaos, keep routines consistent, and never assume ā€œjust one biteā€ is safe.

From our RVF family to yours—wishing you a safe, cozy, and joyful Christmas ā¤ļøšŸ¶šŸŽ„
