If you’re searching for a French Bulldog puppy in Northern Nevada, finding the right breeder can mean looking a little beyond your immediate neighborhood. At Rogue Valley Frenchies, we’ve built our program around making that process personal, transparent and manageable for families throughout the Reno area and beyond.
While our roots are in Yreka, California, Reno and Northern Nevada are an important part of our program. We regularly coordinate puppy travel and meetups in the Reno area, giving Nevada families another option when looking for a thoughtfully raised French Bulldog or Frenchton puppy.
French Bulldog Puppies for Reno & Northern Nevada Families
We work with families throughout Reno, Sparks, Carson City and surrounding Northern Nevada communities.
Rather than shipping puppies through traditional cargo, we coordinate travel personally whenever possible. Reno is one of our regular travel areas, and depending on timing and the puppy, we may be able to arrange a meetup in the Reno/Sparks area.
For families farther away, we also work with trusted flight nannies who can accompany puppies in-cabin to destinations throughout the United States.
Our goal is simple: make getting your puppy home as safe and straightforward as possible.
About Rogue Valley Frenchies
Rogue Valley Frenchies was established in 2017, but our experience with French Bulldogs and reproductive veterinary medicine goes much deeper than simply producing puppies.
Our breeding decisions focus on health, structure, temperament and maintaining the characteristics that make French Bulldogs such incredible companions.
Our team includes our veterinarian partner, Dr. Kristi, and Kerri, a hospital manager with extensive reproductive experience. Together, we take a hands-on approach to our breeding program from planning and pregnancy through delivery, puppy development and go-home.
Our dogs are evaluated using tools that can include genetic testing through UC Davis, spinal and hip radiographs, structural evaluation and ongoing attention to airway and soft-palate health.
No breeding program can promise perfection. What we can promise is that we take the responsibility of producing puppies seriously and make breeding decisions with the next generation in mind.
What Comes With an RVF Puppy?
Before leaving us, our puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care and preparation for their new homes.
Our puppies go home with their first DHPP vaccination at approximately eight weeks, a complete veterinary physical and up-to-date deworming.
Our French Bulldogs are placed with their applicable AKC paperwork, and families receive information about their puppy’s care, history and transition home.
Just as importantly, our relationship with our families doesn’t end on pickup day. We want our puppy families to feel comfortable reaching out as their puppy grows.
French Bulldogs — and Frenchtons
French Bulldogs are the heart of our program, but RVF is also known for our Frenchtons.
Our Frenchtons are intentionally bred French Bulldog/Boston Terrier crosses developed over multiple generations within our program. Depending on the pairing and generation, they may retain much of the French Bulldog look and personality while introducing characteristics such as a little additional muzzle length, athleticism, stride and endurance.
They aren’t the right choice for every family—and they aren’t simply a substitute for a French Bulldog. They’re a distinct companion option that we’ve spent generations developing.

How Our Puppy Reservation Process Works
Families interested in an upcoming RVF litter can join our reservation list with a $500 deposit.
Selections are made in reservation order, with puppy picks typically completed by four weeks of age. Remaining balances are due at eight weeks.
Because some litters and pick positions fill before puppies are born, reaching out early is the best way to learn what we have planned and whether an upcoming litter may be a good fit.
We’re also happy to talk through temperament, lifestyle and what you’re looking for rather than simply matching families based on color or appearance.
Bringing Your RVF Puppy Home to Reno
One of the biggest questions we hear from Northern Nevada families is:
“How do I actually get my puppy home?”
For Reno-area families, it can be surprisingly simple.
We regularly travel between our Northern California base and the Reno area and may be able to coordinate a convenient meetup depending on our schedule.
